After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Department of International Trade in 2007, he completed his master's degree in Financial Economics. He started his career as a finance specialist in leading companies in Turkey. After completing numerous projects with the co-founding of a company operating in the field of renewable energy M&A and I-REC certificates in the Netherlands, he continued his investments in Turkey. Hakan Taşkın, who has implemented investment and consultancy projects in the field of biogas and SPP, is the General Manager of GreenCarbon, where he is among the founding partners. He continues his academic life in the field of Energy Technologies and Management at Sabancı University.

After graduating from Istanbul University, Department of English Business Administration in 2004, he started his professional career with studies in the fields of Financial Law, Tax Law, and Investment Consultancy. He served as a founding partner in a company focused on Biogas and Solar Power Plant (SPP) projects and brought to life Turkey's leading most efficient Biogas plants by undertaking their investment. By providing consultancy services in the field of renewable energy, he supported projects in achieving their investment and sustainability goals and provided strategic guidance to stakeholders in areas such as project feasibility and development, and cost-effective implementation. İhsan Uzun continues his career as the BES/SPP Director at GreenCarbon, where he is among the founding partners.

After graduating from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 2009, he completed his master's degree in the same field. After starting his career as a Data Engineer, he participated in software projects at large-scale companies in Switzerland and the USA in the fields of Telecommunication and Investment Banking. Specializing in carbon taxation, CBAM, and Carbon Credit in recent years, Aydın Derin continues his career as the Carbon Market Director at GreenCarbon, where he is among the founding partners.

After graduating from Utrecht University, Department of Genetic Engineering in 2008, he completed his master's degree in Biotechnology at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. After starting his career in the family business, he embarked on his Renewable Energy journey in 2014. He played a significant role in the establishment and growth of the first factory opened in Europe by a China-based panel manufacturer. He coordinated project development activities in Asia Pacific, Turkey, and Europe. During this process, he managed Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) processes. He carries out his work as the Netherlands office and M&A Director at GreenCarbon.

He graduated from Afyon Kocatepe University, Department of Materials Science and Engineering in 2016. He started his studies on biogas and renewable energy systems during his student years. In his professional career, he has served as biogas plant manager, construction site chief, and project manager. Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1512 R&D process, he established his own company within ITU Arı Teknokent and completed a carbon reduction R&D project. Emre Rüştü Erbay, who is the manager of biogas plants, also manages carbon crediting processes and works as the Business Development Director at GreenCarbon.
